Unearthing what we know and need in our last few years of life

How can we understand more about what we need in our last few years of life?

And how we can create more of this together?

Many of us are interested in these sorts of questions but aren’t sure where to start.

We hope that what you find here helps you to:

  • think about the end of life, illness and aging

  • find more ways to talk about what matters to you

  • take small actions to create more of the care and support systems you want in your own family and community.

Welcome

Whether you are young or old, healthy or unwell, a caregiver or not - this is an invitation to explore. See what feels right for you and the people you care about as we all deal with illness, aging, and dying.

There is a lot here. You don’t have to do it all at once!

Just browse and see if there are a couple of things that interest you for now.

Start Small. Be curious. Go where your heart leads you.

Take time to just sit with your ideas and feelings about dying and aging - without having to push them away or control them.

Talk and think together about all of it - the fear and grief as well as the possibilities, dreams and hope.
